I used to shop at Forever 21 all the time in college. I mean pretty much every week. It was almost like a ritual. My friends and I would pile into my car and drive about a half an hour away to the only Forever 21 near the Boston area while making pit stops at McDonald's and Boston Market (the shame!). Our wallets were much tighter back then (still are) and it was an easy place to find a budget friendly top or dress. Now, four almost five years later I occasionally scan the Forever 21 site in hopes of finding some steals. This time I was pleasantly surprised by all the great blouses and jewelry I found. I also scanned a few other sites: Piperlime, ASOS, Shopbop, Gap, Old Navy, and Target and found some really awesome things! Check them out below and let me know what you think!

Everything Under $30
Yes, that is correct. Everything we are posting today is under the $30 mark and I promise each one of these items I would quickly buy and add to my closet. I actually have already purchased quite a few of the pieces below. This all came about when I saw a picture my friend Grace posted on instagram of some necklaces she was wearing. And I immediately fell in love with her combo and asked her where she got the necklaces. Two of the three were from Forever 21(here and here) and the other one was from C. Wonder (I can't seem to find this one online).
