Last Christmas, my sister made this cork board for me out of old wine corks and a gold frame. While I love using it to show off all of my pictures, cards, etc. I found another great use for it...A fun and easy way to display and organize my earrings. I usually keep all my jewelry in a mirrored case on my dresser. However...It simply isn't big enough to hold all my jewelry and often looks like a disheveled mess. Take a look below to see how I transformed my cork board!
So easy to see all my earrings now. Perfect display for a dressing room/walk in closet. (time to move out of my 1 bedroom!)

While I probably won't keep it this way for too long, I still think it's a great way to organize jewelry. Now I just have to get my sister to make me another cork board so I can permanently display my earrings this way. But maybe just not in the middle of my living room...

ReplyDeleteQ FOR YOU: What is the best way to store your E-Ring when not in use?? So far, I've been using a little plate by my nightstand...but I'm always scared I'll whack it in my sleep & have it go flying somewhere...any suggestions? Thank you.
My 80 year old mum has made one of these, I'll let her know where she can hang her earrings from now on, great idea!
